All puppies are sold on a strict Limited Registration - Spay/Neuter Contract unless specified prior.

We evaluate our puppies from birth to weaning age, observing everything from their health and soundness to their personality and temperament. We want to help you find the puppy best suited for your lifestyle.

1. To the best of the Seller's knowledge and ability, they have represented this dog honestly and in accordance with the requirements of raising a dog.

2. Health Guarantee & Warranty:
We are passionate about the health of our dogs—and yours. Our mission is not to produce the most “clear” dogs on paper, but to raise happy, emotionally stable, physically sound companions who will bring joy, laughter, and comfort to your home for many years to come. As part of that commitment, we:
- Require that all puppies remain intact until at least 24 months of age to protect their orthopedic and hormonal development.
- Advocate for a species-appropriate, balanced diet and minimal exposure to environmental toxins.
- Encourage you to stay informed with the latest research in veterinary science and breeding ethics.

The breeder guarantees:
- The puppy will be in good health at the time of sale, current on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.
- All puppies will have passed a physical examination by a licensed veterinarian before leaving the Seller’s home (unless otherwise discussed).

This health guarantee is valid for 3 days from the date of pickup. During this time:
- The Buyer is required to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. A signed veterinary exam report must be emailed to the Seller within this time to maintain all warranties.
- If the puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness originating from the Seller’s facility, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours and return the puppy (at the Buyer’s expense), along with a signed statement from the veterinarian and all documentation. A refund will be issued.

This guarantee does not cover:
- Injuries incurred after pickup
- Undescended testicles, minor umbilical hernias, or bite alignment
- Parvo, Distemper, or Coronavirus after 48 hours
- Size, color, temperament, or shedding
- Treatable conditions such as coccidiosis, giardia, kennel cough, worms, UTIs, or bacterial infections

Extended Guarantee (Contingent on responsible care and meeting all conditions):
- One-year genetic health guarantee
- Two-year hip and elbow dysplasia guarantee

To qualify for these extended guarantees, the Buyer must:
- Keep the puppy intact until 24 months of age
- Provide appropriate veterinary care
- Maintain a high-quality, species-appropriate diet and limit exposure to toxins
- Avoid excessive exercise or activities that may damage developing joints before maturity

If the puppy is diagnosed with:
- Hip or elbow dysplasia:
  - The Buyer must provide official veterinary X-rays and a written statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming the diagnosis.
  - Upon confirmation, the Seller will offer a replacement puppy from a future litter.
- A genetic condition that is fatal or severely life-limiting:
  - The Buyer must provide a written letter from a certified veterinarian confirming the diagnosis is both terminal and hereditary.
  - Upon verification, the Seller will offer a replacement puppy from a future litter.

3. Sellers have properly socialized the animal, treated for internal and external parasites, and given all vaccinations applicable for its age.

4. Sellers will furnish the following:
    a. Registration papers or application for registration
    b. Vaccination Records
    c. Puppy pack including breed information, sample food, toys, etc.

5. All puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter agreement (no breeding rights) unless discussed and agreed upon in advance. Puppy must be desexed by 24 months of age. Proof must be submitted to the Seller. Failure to do so voids the health warranty.

6. If at any time, the Buyer cannot care for the puppy, the Seller must be notified. If neglect or mistreatment is suspected, the puppy must be returned, and all guarantees are void.

7. If the puppy is to be sold or rehomed, the Seller reserves the right of first refusal.

8. The Seller disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, beyond this document. Seller’s liability will not exceed the purchase price.

9. Guarantees in this contract apply only to the original Buyer and are non-transferable.

10. Payment and Reservation:
    a. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
    b. The total purchase price is $2,500.
    c. Puppy must be paid in full before leaving Seller's possession.

11. If full payment has been made and the Buyer cannot accept the puppy, the payment will be applied toward a future litter.

12. This contract must be signed by all parties to be valid. It is enforceable under the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes will be handled in Orange County, Indiana.
